Today I’m sharing my methodology for planning goals and how vital it is to set clear objectives and milestones. I’m introducing five core foundations for achieving goals: mindset, support & accountability, routines or daily practices, energy, and resource management. As much as I just want to wing it in life, there must be planning and preparation in order to achieve the life I want.
