When we are walking our journey of grief, we are often at a loss for what is the “right” way to do it. We are searching for a way to figure out whether we are engaging the journey through grief in a way that will allow us to get through it as fast as possible. Unfortunately, speed isn’t the issue. It is our full engagement with the journey that is critical to our healing. Listen to find out the important issues at this stage of your grief journey.
