There is nothing wrong with embracing love and light as a way to frame the focus of your journey, but not enough are talking about the other side of ascension - the shadow and trauma work that is necessary to heal. Believe it or not, there is an actual trap on this planet called False Ascension and it is a delusion that makes people comfortable with their current state of existing, even if they are unhappy.
