For our Christmas Special - Jacky interviewed her older sister Dominique, an advanced critical care practitioner, and discussed their personal journeys, the importance of self-care, and the value of authenticity and setting boundaries. They emphasized the need to focus on personal happiness, maintain a good work-life balance, and prioritise self-improvement and mental resilience. The conversation also touched on the importance of critical thinking, questioning information sources, and focusing on the good in the world. This is a different approach to mental health and such an incredible conversation.
