After a decade of running BizDev for agencies in house, Melissa now runs a growth consultancy called Waverly Ave Consulting. She's focused on helping more women build sustainable seven figure agencies.

After years of consulting, Meredith opened her own consultancy in 2019. She runs Le Chéile, a go to finance and strategy agency for underserved creative founders scaling beyond seven figures.
