Ruth Feltham joins me for this episode to chat about completely changing her career in her 40s after realising she wasn't happy. She talks about how seeing a life coach helped her decide to leave advertising after 15 years and how she ended up working as an estate agent for woodlands.

We chat about the importance of your work matching your core values and how to better manage that elusive work/life balance.

Ruth's dare for me is to try forest bathing. No phone (OK, I had to for filming but in aeroplane mode), no music, just being at one with nature while the sun rises and tuning in to the sounds around me.
