Esther Odey popularly known as La Estel is a Nigerian fashion and beauty entrepreneur. Frontline in the bridal makeup profession in Cross River and Nigeria at large who has trained over 450 students who now run their own beauty businesses
She is the founder and CEO of Glam by Estel, an African Ready to wear brand which specializes in using Ankara prints to create beautiful, trendy, stylish and decent clothing for women, children and men. And has wholesaler home and abroad
In 2013. She founded the Estel Flawless Glow, a plant-based skincare brand that is formulated to solve some of our skin issues and give that youthful forever glow to African women home and abroad. She also has an online plant-based Skincare school where she teaches people who want to go into plant-based skincare products and production plus does wholesale and rebranding for interested customers
In 2016, Esther Odey was awarded "50 Young Leaders to Watch" by Cross River State Government in celebration of her Golden Jubilee and the Spirit of Entreprise award in 2019 for her resilience and impact in the State.
She is compassionate about her "Put a Penny on Somebody" initiative for community development which has provided platforms for young girls through skills acquisition and the provision of start-up kits. She is a mother of 3 adorable children...and A sheprenuer
