This is part 3 of our series Color Blind, titled "Smoke Screen." As God’s people when it comes to voting, His word instructs us to vote righteousnessly. God always wants our values to reflect His heart, mind and word as His dear children. Moreover, we must also be discerning of the spirit that drives candidates; is it of God or Satan, what’s behind the basis of their policies put forth. Furthermore, we must look at their fruit, not vote based on propaganda nor words. Our scripture references are found in 1st John 2: 3-4, 6; Ephesians 6:10-13, 14, 17; James 3:13-16; Proverbs 11:1 and Matthew 12:33-34. I pray this message blesses and enlightens you.
