Stop Punishing Yourself

Today we are discussing all things decisions.
I think as a collective we don't put much thought into how and why we make our decisions. (You’re probably like, omg she talks about decisions SO MUCH, ffs.)
BUT— I honestly think some people don't even yet realize the full extent of WHAT a decision is!
It's not just polka dots or stripes, sedan or SUV.
Decisions are the tiny and minute directing forces of our entire conscious life!
From my own experience, I used to be grossly UNAWARE of why I made the decisions I made or whether I liked my reasons for them or not.
SOOO….After getting coached all these years and after BECOMING a coach (fuck ya), I now understand and can SEE the full gravity of this lack of awareness. (And I am SEEING it in people EVERYWHERE I look, YIKES)
I can also now FEEL the transformative difference between NOT having this FREEDOM and AUTHORITY to decide and HAVING it.
