In this episode of the Success Fundamentals Podcast, Kris Sykes and Brian Goldsack talk to Sam Moss, co-Founder of 1Click Agency, which focuses on website development for B2B SaaS companies.

Sam grew up with the idea of entrepreneurship in his head and has since learned never to let go just because results may not be happening for you immediately. Sam’s main virtue is patience, and he knows how to play the long game. In this episode, Sam also shares his approach to marketing and how he thinks the future of B2B marketing will look like in a few years.

  • Batch your tasks and get a groove going
  • Take your time and get the work in
  • Money is a tool
  • Why throw in the towel when you've come this far?
  • Marketing can also be about helping people
  • B2B brands are going to become more engaging soon

QUOTES

Sam: "Get yourself into a routine and start getting things done. Because this work from home life for most people, like, you have kids running around, you have family at home. It's a little bit louder, it's easier to get distracted. But get your head down, get what you need to get done and that opens up your schedule if you think about it."

Sam: "Money to me is a tool, and it sure makes life a lot more fun if you have a lot of it."

Sam: "People are typically right around the corner from their breakthrough. And if you have proof of concept for what you're doing, as in like if it's a bad idea -- sometimes you do need to quit and move on, but if you have proof of concept, let's say you're building a business and there's product market fit, you have a product that people will like, for me that means we should continue."

Sam: "What's interesting is everything that happens in the B2B world is typically already going on in the B2C world two to three years beforehand. So we kinda have a cheat code as to what's going on. Things that are coming down the pipe for B2B would be brands being more personal and more interactive with their buyers in a fun way."
