Back when you started your business, your intelligence and ability to think of everything, take care of everything, and solve problems quickly was absolutely critical, and helped you get where you are now.
But, is this the way forward, now that you have a team? Could you be hanging on to too much, and getting bogged down?
In order to get into serious growth mode, you need to start doing less, and getting your team to do more - more problem solving, and more decision making, and more execution.
