Founded by Blake and Jem, LTD Brewing's journey began in 2003 during their college days at the University of Minnesota. Seeking a cost-effective and legal means to enjoy beer, the duo turned to homebrewing. What initially started as a quest for drinkable brews quickly evolved into a passion project filled with creativity and experimentation. 🏫➡️🍺

From their early days tinkering with extract kits, Blake and Jem's brewing endeavors soon escalated into an exploration of all-grain systems, innovative ingredients, and the invention of their own beer styles. Despite encountering a few misses along the way (avocado, serrano & jalapeno pepper, cinnamon IPA, anyone?), their dedication to crafting exceptional beers never waned. 🛠️

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a relentless pursuit of perfection, the duo delved into the science behind brewing, honing their skills and refining their craft with each new batch. Their obsession with pushing the limits of flavor and technique eventually blossomed into a dream: to share their passion for brewing with others. And thus, LTD Brewing Company was born. 🌟
