In this episode, Sasha Duchnowski, a partner at Bain & Company, explores how sustainability shapes the future of food and agriculture companies. Sasha breaks down how consumer behavior, regulatory pressures, and strategic decisions are shaping the industry. We'll also explore the "say-do gap"—the difference between what consumers say they want from their food purchases and the actual purchasing decisions they make. Sasha also shares practical tips on how businesses can incorporate sustainability into their operations while boosting shareholder value.
