Her background in teaching, school administration, and business ownership has been diverse and given her a broad perspective on interpersonal relationships, spirituality, and community. Today, she finds herself a facilitator of and participant in healthy conversations about the role that religion, spirituality, culture, and personal experiences bring to social cohorts, such as her business, The WellNest, in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. As Valarie and her peers work collaboratively to develop positive and impactful services and classes for the Roanoke community, they find themselves in the midst of important conversations surrounding beliefs.

Welcome to the Divine Feminine Warrior Podcast. If you’re listening to the first season, this was originally called the Motherhood and Holistic Wellness Podcast. But as my business and mission shifted I wanted to have more emphasis on the ancient force focusing on the divine feminine. Because, as a collective we all are being called back to Gaia, Mother Earth to reclaim our home. Both, internally on a soul level and externally connecting to Nature.
