Richard has definitely “been there, done that, got the T-shirt”, which is why I wanted him to guest on the show – I knew his business journey would inspire listeners and that Bizpedia would be of interest to many.

His views on personal development and books that enable that to happen were certainly interesting, as were his Amway experiences and his change of direction to set up a successful advertising agency which he ran for 30+ years.

And following a change of career to mentoring, he’s now hosting a Bizpedia group.
