What stood out most for me, was how easy and pragmatic his lessons were. It seems that just about any team can truly succeed if they only put their minds to it. It doesn’t matter where you come from, what your experience level is, or what your background is - with the right mindset, the right attitude, and the right guidance - you too can be a champion.

Caleb Pohlman is a mentor on the FRC Team LYNK 9496 - a rookie team from Rutherdforton, NC. He runs the Drive Team and overlooks the fabrication and programming of the robot to help keep the team on goal.
