Show Notes: The COVID-19 or Coronavirus emergency continues to influence our daily lives here in Louisiana and around the world. This pandemic can be extremely stressful for several different reasons. Health fears, economic concerns and other factors are something nearly all of us face. Even isolation or social distancing can take its toll on someone’s health. On this episode, we address some of the issues that could make you feel overwhelmed with stress, fear and anxiety.
