This week I have a guest on my show! My very own sister, Abigail Dyer (@Abigail281281)!

My vision for this podcast is to not only share what I am doing with my life but to highlight the amazing in the every day person.

I believe passionately that we all lives and that this comes from acceptance of who we are and a committing toward our own better future. This can take the form of contentment and in the form of trying to ever progress and learn more in our quest to live on this planet in a way that makes us feel happy and content.

Abigail is one of my greatest supporters and I very much doubt I have persevered as much as I have with my #IAccept vision without Abigail's guidance and wisdom. She also loves the Unisex 3/4 Raglan Tee as she has three of them in different colours. I received mine today!

In this episode I ask Abigail five questions that I wrote down over a year ago and I think you'll be blown away by Abigail's experiences in life and how this has shaped her outlook on life as she currently trains to become a social worker.

A single teen mother she now has a son in the army and a daughter still in school. Is Deputy Manager of a care home in Pembrokeshire while studying toward her social work degree.

I am incredibly biased when I call her funny, sentimental, caring and an absolute go-getter.
