In this episode, I briefly explain the reasons and ways to calm one of the most alarming symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks: heart palpitations.
Heart palpitations can be triggered by a variety of stimuli such as light, traffic, driving, physical exercise, etc. They are often accompanied by panic attacks that resemble a heart attack. But here is the thing - having palpitations due to anxiety doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong with your heart medically. There are many non-medical causes of heart palpitations that are not addressed by the conventional medical system.
