ABOUT Josh Phanco...
Josh's family-owned agency promotes regular interaction and relationships with the people who walk through our doors. He opened his agency on Dec. 1, 2018. His wife and business partner, Kimberlee, offers more than 13 years of experience in Allstate’s auto claims unit. Her extensive background helps us provide a valuable perspective on the products and services they offer.

Josh grew up in the Fresno/Clovis area and his wife grew up in Fowler. They have three amazing children – Lauren, Gavin and TK. They love the small-town feel of Fresno/Clovis, even though it’s one of the highest populated cities in the state. This area has great schools, a sense of community, it’s family friendly and affordable. People here still care about personal service and value the importance of looking out for one another.

Giving back to the community is important to Josh. he's a boys soccer coach for the CJSL Bud Rank league and a Bible study leader at his church. Josh and Kimberlee are passionate about orphan care, they adopted their youngest son from Haiti and have many friends and family who serve as foster parents or have also adopted. One goal for Phanco agency is giving to organizations that provide orphan care, such as Chances for Children and City Without Orphans, or that serve families and single moms, including Habitat for Humanity and the Marjaree Mason Center.
