Laura Neal spent over 30 years in Corporate America in roles ranging from quota-busting global, sales representative to executive leadership. She spent the last 17 years of her Corporate career at Cisco Systems, Inc and finished out her tenure in key leadership positions for Global Sales Development and Customer Experience. While at Cisco, Laura coached individuals and teams internationally around the value of being authentic and conscious leaders. Understanding the impact self-awareness has on the organizational system encouraged her to depart the so-called “security” of a “real” job and become an entrepreneur.

In 2017, she Co-Founded Assenter Coaching, an Executive Coach and ICF Accredited Coach Training Organization providing bench coaches, coach training, and leadership training. She is an accomplished Executive Coach and Spiritual Director whose focus is on those who feel they’ve lost their souls in their roles. Her scope of work ranges from training Cornell University HR on how to be executive coaches to coaching CxO’s and Priests, to delivering the Integrated Leader Program in-house to organizations who all have the common goal of searching for a life that connects one's core values and unique gifts with a career of purpose and fulfillment.
