Raised in Detroit, he embraced Indigenous roots in Arizona, fueling his storytelling passion. A three-time Leo Awards winner, Kimani recently worked on "G.I. Joe Origins: Snake Eyes" and directed episodes for TV series, including the feature film "The Painter" for Paramount Plus.
