Things are shifting in a big way in the KTI world, so on today's episode, I wanted to dive a little bit into this and talk about the power of purpose. You’ll hear what I’m doing in my own life, and what you can do to align yourself with having a career and a life that is purpose driven and purpose aligned.

For me, it all comes down to allowing things to shift and adjust, and for things to evolve. During this process, the power of purpose and fulfillment, and having meaning in what I am doing, is foundational. I realize that adjustments in life and business is scary, but we need to follow what lights us up and the magic that awaits us on the other side of comfort!
