Hey everyone, the date is March 19th and at the current moment, the social distancing and stay at home programs have been in place for about 4 days.

Retail stores and restaurants have been ordered to close, and we’re expecting to see mandatory home quarantines ordered in the next week for states like Washington, New York, and California.

Alright, today we have the unique opportunity of sitting down with my physician, Dr. Ann Shippy.

Ann is going to fill you in on the supplements that she’s taking and recommending to patients to help support their immune system, and she’s also going to give you a unique view into what it’s like being a doctor during a pandemic like this.

The two most dangerous places I can think of right now when it comes to a risk of infection, is a doctor’s office, and a hospital.

The simple truth of the matter is that we do not know how long this is going to last, or how bad it’s going to get.

Right now people are expecting to stay at home for two weeks, and I can tell you right now that’s not going to happen.

You’re going to be home for at least two months, and you’re going to start seeing full lockdowns in large cities.

That’s going to cause the economy to get significantly worse as a result.

If you have not prepared yourself and your family with shelf-stable foods, a large amount of supplements, and a strategy to defend your home, I would highly recommend doing that now.

Once you have these necessities in place, you’ll be able to relax and focus on starting or growing a business, because right now is the perfect time to do that.
