They then discuss Phil Spencer’s statement about a 10-year agreement to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms following the tentative merger of Microsoft and Activision Blizzard and what that deal might look like. They also touch on other Nintendo news from the week, such as Mario Kart’s most recent wave of DLC and Splatoon 3’s first Big Run event. As always, they answer listener questions, such as whether or not they include older games in their personal Game of the Year lists vs only the current year’s games.
