Chief Keirsh Cochran, has been in law enforcement for 8 years and he's been the chief for Huntington University Campus Police and Safety in Indiana for 2 years.

Chief Cochran comes from a family of law enforcement, but as you will hear in the interview, law enforcement was not his first career choice.

It wasn't until the Mike Brown incident and civil unrest in Ferguson, MO, did he decide to join his father in the profession.

I encourage you to have a listen... Depending on whom he's talking to, Chief Cochran says that he has been called a "racist" and "anti-police" and he's neither of these things!

[22:22] Dig Deeper – This is the part of the podcast were I dig into the guest's social media and I craft questions around 3-5 of those posts.

[36:11] Random Seven – These are seven, totally random questions that I asked Chief Cochran. And they're all electronically created.

Keirsh gave me some push back, when I asked him a question about today's generation.
