Following cold on the heels of the original movie; Twister, 28 years later we are ready to get blown away by Twisters: the sequel that feels more like a straight remake than a true follow on from the story. But who cares right? Big wind goes swoosh! Hillbillies go “Yee-Haw!”, and little budget line goes up…

The whole team is in the house for this one, but Peta has taken the twister by the tail and lead us into a rewatch of the original film as well. While, Jill and Dion are out re-enacting their favourite moments, Quinny is taking on the role of the F5 twister with great gusto.

Synopsis

Haunted by a devastating encounter with a tornado, Kate Cooper gets lured back to the open plains by her friend, Javi, to test a groundbreaking new tracking system. She soon crosses paths with Tyler Owens, a charming but reckless social-media superstar who thrives on posting his storm-chasing adventures. As storm season intensifies, Kate, Tyler and their competing teams find themselves in a fight for their lives as multiple systems converge over central Oklahoma.
