Two fan favorites in Alan Keating & Eric Persson face off on the popular Hustler Casino Live stream and they play a huge $478,000 pot. Who will come out on top?
Alan Keating is a well known cash game player often playing in the biggest cash games live and private games around the world, he has become more of a regular on the Hustler Casino Live stream. Eric Persson is the owner of Maverick Gaming which has 19 card rooms in Washington state as well as some in Nevada and Colorado, he has managed a lot of Casinos and has recently burst onto the high-stakes poker scene. This jaw-dropping poker hand from took place during a high-stakes cash game at the renowned Hustler Casino in California! In this riveting showdown, we see two fan favorites in Eric Persson and Alan Keating face off!
Pre-flop: This hand had a crazy amount of straddles on as the blinds were at $200/$400/$800/$1600/$3200. Persson kicks off the action from the third blind with a raise to $18,200 with AQo and Keating decides to defend in the straddle with pocket 5s.
The Flop: Jc 5d 2c The flop is a beautiful one for Alan Keating as he has now flopped a set combined with the fact that Persson continues to fire with a bet of $20,000. Keating decides to correctly slow play and just decides to call.
The Turn: 7h Undeterred and with a card that hasn’t helped his hand Persson continues to tell his story with a $50,000 bet. Keating makes the call.
The River: 7d Keating has now been upgraded to a full house which is a disaster for Persson as he decides to shove for $150,000. Keating snap calls and Persson is left with a gaping hole in his bankroll!
