Seeking ones identity and not fitting in at a young age can lead one to the attraction of substance use. For Isaiah House Treatment Center 2020 graduate Michael Saddler, this was the case. From athletics to skating and racing, Michael started his path in addiction at a young age, leading to homelessness, dysfunctional relationships, and a destructive journey into drug use.
Celebrating his sober date in 2019, Michael is now giving back and sharing his experiences with men in recovery, making a difference, and continuing his journey, stepping out of the shadows, and fulfilling his destiny and seeing men find #RealHopeForAddiction as a peer support specialist and assistant program administrator at Isaiah House.
