Today, we're joined by Venise Dixon. Venise is the owner and founder of Indulgence Health, a boutique wellness practice in Maryland. After a career in engineering, Venise recognized the lack of representation for Black communities in the wellness industry. She trained in massage therapy and started a mobile business in 2007, later expanding into a multidisciplinary wellness oasis in 2014.
Indulgence Health offers a range of services, including massage, yoga, acupuncture, counseling, and skincare, providing holistic healing experiences. Venise's vision is to create a space of representation and inclusivity for underserved communities, offering services that provide relief from pain, depression, and anxiety.
