The nightmare continues in this episode for young Jeremiah Roberts. Having just awoken from a terrifying warning by Belatrix, he is immediately thrown into his first real clinical test on one of Progenix Medical's inhuman subjects. Hearing the constant commands from both Elijah Watson and Belatrix, Jeremiah must choose for himself how to go about his first procedure in Division Zero. Will he pass his first test?
