I've moved into the tiny house and am coming home to myself after two months of to do's and hustling! In this episode, I catch you up on my reflections on this season of Winter(ing), the sacred feminine vibes of this Yin phase and how I'm redefining success and failure within this energy. I truly believe it's time to reclaim words such as 'laziness' and 'selfishness' (or maybe we should just replace these with 'nourishment', 'rest' and 'relaxation'?!). We all have these conditionings within us that make us push ourselves to (and beyond) the limit, but this season of Yin is not the one for any of that. So as this new moon in Sagittarius is bringing us a fresh, wide-eyed perspective on our lives, I invite you to start building your cocoon and carve out a little more time for yourself.
