The Spiritual Knockout

We're over 3 weeks into quarantine and it's time to take responsibility for ourselves and our lives. Now that the panic has settled it's time to take back some ownership of our lives, our families, our relationships and our habits. Some of us have been pushing too hard, some of us haven't been pushing at all. Now that the initial shock as sunk in, I challenge you to re-evaluate what you are responsible for. What are the stuff and things that are coming at you? What do you need to be responding to? How are you responding to the situation you're currently in? What things are you able to control? What has the universe given you as tools to work with? Take a good hard look around today and you'll see the answers you need if you're ready to take responsibility.
