For our Municipal Watch feature today we turn our focus on the state of municipalities in the Free State. Some of them have not been able to file their financial statements to the Auditor General. On the other hand, a lack of water provision and electricity is still a major problem as resident do call into this show on a weekly basis to talk about their experiences. We invited the MEC for Corporative Governance and Traditional Affairs in that province to talk about how he plans to work with these municipalities and where he would say the problems lie…
