Over the past season we have taken a head first dive into a world of leadership, how to make waves, what success looks like, continued hard work, strength, persereverance, guidance and so much more. Now we urge you to find calmer waters and ease into summer.

Summer used to be represented with energy, vibration, playfulness and joy. We have slowly added in stresses by filling our time with activity, social expansion, plans to keep inspired, schedules to keep motivated, events to keep occupied. What if we simplified this?

Close your eyes. Imagine summer. Does it smell like fresh flowers? Taste like blueberries? Feel like sunshine? What does it sound like? What does it mean to be unplugged? Settle in with a book away from the television, explore your thoughts on a walk without your phone, enjoy the moments we can create without a device, without a notion to check your email, or tap into the digital world. Breathe. Stretch. Relax.

As we sign off for summer, we wanted to leave our wavemakers with a token of intentionality. We urge you to embody creativity this summer and embrace true time off by reconnecting to yourself.
