My guest today, Tina Hollenbeck, is the author of 8 Great Smarts for Homeschoolers, the owner/curator of The Homeschool Resource Roadmap, and the co-owner of a homeschool-parent resource center in her community. She and her husband homeschooled their now-adult daughters from the beginning (birth!) through high school graduation. Tina really knows her stuff, but what I really love about 8 Great Smarts for Homeschoolers, is the smarts. It's based on Dr. Kathy Koch's book The 8 Great Smarts and it really helps me to understand that all kids are created differently — different strengths and different weaknesses.
