Merchan was so concerned he elevated the post to the attention of Trump’s lawyers as well as Alvin Bragg. Almost immediately, the story went viral and the internet was ablaze with talk of a mistrial. But, at this stage, it seems the post was fraudulent. Here’s a question: why was Merchan cautious about that post and not the millions of others? We’ll discuss.
