Kat has a company called Plant Medicine People and they work with sacred plants like ayahuasca, huachuma, and tobacco. She has been training and learning from these plants for over 20 years. We sat down and spoke about her background, the aforementioned plants, her training, what these plants mean to her, how these plants are worked with, why integration is so important, and many other topics.
