Hello and welcome everyone! In this episode we will be talking about the bottom 3 chakras, root, sacral and solar plexus. The root chakra is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is associated with survival and the element earth. This chakra rules over the adrenal glands, legs and the lower half of your body. The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen, genitals and the womb. We associate this with emotions and sexuality with this chakra. The solar plexus chakra is located in the higher abdomen as this is associated with your digestive system.
