Jayne Lowell is an incredibly determined, confident, and goal-oriented person, who refuses to let any obstacles stand in her path to achieving the life she wants and knows she deserves. She is very intentional about where she wants to go and is willing to do what it takes (in alignment with her strong moral code) to get there.
Focused on her own continuous learning and improvement, Jayne inspires and encourages others to live their fullest life as their best self. She intuits what her clients need to know and bravely (but kindly) tells it like it is, even when they may not want to hear it. A non-conformist herself, her insights allow her to overcome their fears and objections and guide them on the path to their own destiny.
Jayne is the past-president of CAPS Ottawa. She is also Co-Founder and President of S & J Training Solutions Inc. She is a loving and supportive wife to Steve both personally and in business. Jayne is also a caring mother to their blended family of 4 children and 3 grand-children.
