During this time, Jonathan honed his understanding of structure, pace, and style while continuing to write in his free time.
In 1999, Jonathan's debut novel, "Buried Fire," was published, solidifying his passion for writing. However, it wasn't until 2001 that he made the bold decision to become a full-time writer, leaving his editorial role behind. Alongside his writing journey, Jonathan also embarked on the adventure of marriage, tying the knot with Gina. They now have a beautiful family, including their daughter Isabelle, older son Arthur, and baby boy Louis.
