Michael Fortinberry is the Co-founder and COO at Protiv, a company that helps link compensation to productivity. Protiv has proven that it’s possible to increase employee wages without increasing labor costs. After two years of testing that spanned nearly 8,000 projects, Protiv entered the market and powered the evolution of hourly compensation.

Michael is the Founder of Sciovia. He’s also the former Senior Vice President at Perennial Construction Solutions, the nation’s largest multi-family turnover and renovation company, and was previously the Vice President of PPG Industries.
