Today I’m talking to Jacob Watkin’s Broker and Partner Owner of Corcoran Reverie. He sells on 30a from Destin to Panama City.
Before real estate Jacob was a financial consultant with Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA
In 2013 he moved to 30a
In late 2015 he began his real estate career with a small boutique firm out of Miramar Beach.
Launching his career as a real estate agent, he was not only leaving a great career he had already established, he had a family to support. A lot was as stake.
Jacob couldn’t afford to miss the mark on this decision.
Jacob hit the ground running with a plan for creating inventory and he succeeded. Early on he was a top 3 agent in his market and today is the broker owner of a top luxury brokerage in his market. Jacob and I talk about
