Isaac was involved in the birth of Alliance Airport, the nation's fastest-growing industrial complex. Alliance Airport is the world’s first industrial-only airport that has produced $84 billion in total direct investment for Alliance, TX since inception….and would likely not exist if it weren’t for the visionaries of Hillwood.
