Owner Alan Verma celebrated 20 years as being in business in 2018. Alan is a success story in itself. Alan worked in the hospitality industry in India before moving to London, where he was managing kitchens.

Alan moved to California with his wife and then he ran a fast food franchise for 9 years before opening the very first Jinky's Cafe.

Through hard work and dedication Alan has built a restaurant that is known thought Los Angeles and Hollywood !

Through the years Alan has added to his menus and has many items to feed people with different dietary options and needs.

From their vast breakfast menu to their lunch and dinner items, you wont go hungry at Jinky's. They have over 25 plus types of Chilli's that they integrate into their menu. They also have salads, pastas, sandwiches as well as gluten free and vegan foods. You can also get a nice glass of wine or beer that's on the menu.
