It's no secret we spend most of our waking hours at work. Wouldn't it be great to spend that time doing meaningful work with a team you love?
That's not a reality for many of us. Instead, a workday looks something like this:
You're nervous and tightly wound up as you are not sure what "mistake" you will commit today and be on the receiving end of a tongue-lashing or scathing email from your boss.
▶️You're berated for not doing your job. Yet, your boss withheld critical information.
▶️ People talk negatively about each other all the time. Gossip and cliques are rampant across the company.
▶️ Ideas are stolen left, right, & centre, and people are constantly backstabbing each other.
▶️ People consistently steal and take credit for other people's ideas.
