We have to make decisions every day and sometimes we are not making conscious decisions on how much its going to cost us in time or in money. If someone said can you do this for me and its going to cost you 6 hours- would you say Yes? We say Yes to things and don't realise how long it takes or we pay for something which will cost money but will give us the time back. In life majority of things will cost you Time or Money and sometimes it will be both but when you step back to make decisions and then conclude which one you are willing to give up then you make more conscious and contented decisions. Whilst she ran the nursery and had two small children of her own she retrained as a counsellor before embarking on counselling full time. As a burnt out mental health worker Amanda's tipping point was the near death experience which turned everything around and allowed her to focus on herself, her family and her mental load.
