1. Turn off your phones.
2. Do not plan on counting calories, carbs, sugars, or any other nonsense.
3. The giant bowl of buttered noodles.
4. Conversations will be driven by joy.
5. Plan for abundance.
6. Lighten up.
7. Call attention to the feast.
8. Feasting is a practice.
