Our guest is Mr. Sanjay Jha, the Executive Director of the Dale Carnegie Training operations in India, which has a global experience of having worked with over 400 of the Top Fortune 500 companies. An XLRI alumnus, Sanjay is also a public speaker and trainer himself. He has been a TEDx Speaker and has addressed audiences at organizations like Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, , United Nations Young Achiever’s Conclave, NHRD, among many others. He is also a regular contributor for publications like the Huffington Post, the National Herald and the India Today Group.
