Hey there folks, welcome to your favorite weather update! Today we're talking about the forecast for Austin, Texas.
Let's jump right in:
- Today, expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 95°F. Heat index values could reach as high as 101°F. The wind will be calm, shifting to the south at around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.
- Tonight, it'll be partly cloudy with a low around 74°F. The south-southeast wind will be around 5 miles per hour, becoming calm later on.
- Moving on to Monday, we're looking at mostly sunny conditions with a high near 93°F. The wind will be calm in the morning, becoming north-northeast at about 5 miles per hour in the afternoon.
- Monday night, expect partly cloudy skies with a low near 74°F. The wind will be north-northeast at around 5 miles per hour, eventually calming down.
- Tuesday brings a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 pm. It'll be partly sunny with a high near 93°F. The wind will be calm, shifting to the northeast at 5 miles per hour later.
